Is it just me or is Boise the DUI capital of the world?  I moved from Cali a few years ago and hardly any of my friends had a DUI.  Here it seems that everyone and their dog has one or two.  I hope I never join the club.

ya, its pretty disgusting how the BPD use getting as many DUIs as possible to make their payroll and fund their needs. i have one myself. thanks for noticing. i hate it. you see how many cops run around downtown on weekend nights? ya, its pretty pathetic.

Very true.  All of my close friends and myself have one.... maybe we're just alcoholics.
